🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent)
- Azure certifications strongly preferred (AZ-900, DP-300)
- 3+ years troubleshooting SQL Server availability (clustering, Always On, replication)
- 3+ years managing SQL jobs and maintenance (backups, index maintenance)
- 1+ years administering SQL Server on Azure VMs; 1+ years with Azure Cosmos DB/SQL DB/MI
- Strong knowledge of AlwaysOn, CDC, SQL Replication, Clustering; DR concepts (RPO/RTO)
