- Collaborate with integrators and internal teams to scale R&D to high-volume production.
- Drive process development to solve problems quickly and optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Participate in FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and other commissioning activities.
- Write machine specs, evaluate concepts, design machines, develop DOEs, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and document manufacturing improvements including automation and fixture design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
- Experience with DOE, process development, and equipment design.
- Knowledge of plastics processing: thermoforming, injection molding, CNC, spray finishes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- 3+ years in manufacturing, product development, or R&D.
- Proven ability to drive manufacturing equipment design and development.
