- Install, configure, commission, and service professional AV systems across commercial environments.
- Lead onsite crews and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, rack elevations, and signal flow drawings.
- Perform custom fabrication and termination of CAT6, fiber, and related cabling.
- Troubleshoot complex AV systems during installation and post-deployment.
- Maintain safety, quality, and exceptional customer service on projects.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional AV installation experience.
- Proven experience leading installation crews or as a lead technician.
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, and control systems; AV signal flow.
- Experience with professional rack fabrication and structured cabling.
- Valid and current driver's license.
- CTS or CTS-I certification.
