- Install, configure, and commission professional AV systems in commercial settings
- Lead onsite crews and act as technical authority on project sites
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and rack elevations
- Fabricate and terminate structured cabling, fiber, and control cabling
- Use diagnostic tools such as spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and cable certifiers
- Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on all deployments
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional AV or Pro Audio install experience
- Proven experience leading installation crews or as a lead technician
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, and control systems; AV signal flow and termination standards
- Experience with professional rack fabrication and structured cabling
- Ability to independently manage tasks and drive projects to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with PC or Apple and MS Office
