🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing PM, implementation PM, or SaaS delivery; travel up to 30%.
- Experience leading multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project controls: RAID/decision logs, dependencies, critical path, status reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to hold stakeholders accountable to owners, dates, and commitments.
- Proficiency with PM tools: ClickUp, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion.
