📋 Description

• Deliver 45–60 minute presentations for state/district adoption committees (Math/ELA).
• Tailor presentations for audiences from reviewers to superintendents.
• Collaborate with Sales on messaging, positioning, and adoption strategy.
• Prepare customized decks, sample lessons, and live demos.
• Master HQIM content, pedagogy, and Kiddom platform value.
• Participate in dry runs to refine delivery and messaging.
• Stay aware of state rubrics, criteria, and competition.
• Be an instructional voice linking classroom impact to district outcomes.
• Support follow-up activities (Q&A, educator showcases, or walkthroughs).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in education, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Proven facilitation for adult learners (virtual/in-person).
• Knowledge of instructional practices and edtech.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Experience with webinar platforms, collaboration tools, LMS.
• Bachelor’s in education; Master’s preferred.
