• Directly manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, coaching them to achieve goals.
• Foster teamwork and a collaborative culture within the admissions department.
• Act as both coach and manager, assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Oversee counselors' pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress and enrollment targets.
• Lead coaching to improve performance and skill gaps.

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales.
• Prior leadership/management experience with direct-reports.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
