📋 Description

• Lead and manage applicants through enrollment.
• Engage candidates via Zoom, email, phone, and text to enroll.
• Nurture leads and convert to enrolled students.
• Hit weekly and monthly admissions sales goals.
• Collaborate with Director of Admissions on recruitment efforts.
• Build rapport and sell Moreland University value to candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Located in metro DC preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years inside sales, admissions sales, or related role.
• Inside sales experience with proven sales target performance.
• Articulate and friendly communicator on phone, online, and email.
• Strong written communications with grammar and clarity.
