Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day in a small territory.
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing per care plan (meds, wound care, treatments).
Conduct client assessments, educate patients and families, and monitor condition.
Care for clinically complex home health patients in a one-on-one setting.
Collaborate with BAYADA team to ensure quality home health care.

🎯 Requirements

A current NJ nursing license in good standing.
At least one year of related experience, preferably in Home Health.
Comfortable using an EMR; HCHB experience a plus.
Experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits.
