🎯 Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; read the room for diverse families.
  • Genuine ease with in-person relationship-building; energized by community.
  • Ability to work autonomously while aligning with leadership and processes.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet families.
  • Collaborative across functions; knows when to loop in teammates.
  • Strong alignment with Primer's mission.
