Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits daily in a small territory focused on 1:1 patient care.
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, interventions, and care per the individual care plan (medication administration, wound care, treatments, comfort care).
Perform client assessments, educate patient and/or family, and monitor condition.
Learn and expand clinical skills caring for clinically complex patients in the home.

🎯 Requirements

A current NJ nursing license in good standing.
At least one year of related experience, preferably in Home Health.
Comfortable utilizing an EMR; experience with HCHB a plus!
Experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits.
