- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.

- Follow up with and document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments and case management.

- Current New Jersey RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical clinical experience.
- Graduation from accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred; ability to travel.
