📋 Description

• Onboard new Admissions Consultants quickly and effectively.
• Conduct QA on recorded and live calls to ensure standards.
• Design and deliver targeted training based on QA findings.
• Provide direct feedback on call etiquette, product knowledge, and closing.
• Improve dashboards and enrollment processes from QA insights.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align training with KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a matric qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales training, QA, or senior admissions role.
• 1+ years in QA or performance coaching within a call centre or sales environment.
• High attention to detail and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present to groups.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and improving team performance.
