  • Lead daily Workplace Experience operations for events, facilities, admins, and systems.
  • Delegate work to admin pros; ensure alignment with procedures and timelines.

  • Maintain facilities and security for multiple offices; manage vendor performance and access.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs; escalate gaps to the Senior Manager.
  • Own end-to-end event execution from planning to delivery using approved templates.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years progressive admin/workplace ops or event mgmt experience.
  • Experience owning complex admin/workplace functions across sites.
  • Proficient in leading end-to-end events: planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, execution.
  • Proficient in facilities, security, access coordination; vendor oversight.
  • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain; incident response training.
