- 3-4+ years experience, or degree/technical school, or HS/GED with 10-15 years.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting administrative operations in a professional environment.
