  • Manage complex calendars for three product leaders across time zones
  • Coordinate design sprints, user research sessions, and team events
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings across Product, Eng, Design, Sales, Marketing
  • Coordinate travel for product leadership (flights, hotels, transport)
  • Liaise between product leadership and other departments (sales, marketing, finance, ops)
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and admin tasks to support product development

  • 2+ years in administrative/ops coordinator or similar role
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience coordinating meetings, offsites, or team events
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Proactive and anticipates needs; discreet with sensitive information
