📋 Description

  • Manage complex calendars with independent judgment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years admin experience; 2+ years supporting VP/Director-level execs in tech.
  • Confidential information handling with utmost integrity.
  • Proactive, self-directed, ownership in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Workday, Expensify, and Navan.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
