  • Answer phones, greet visitors, inspectors, and clients professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems for testing records, certifications, and docs.
  • Scan, file, and manage welder qualification records and project paperwork.
  • Coordinate internal paperwork flow between lab, production, QA/QC, and management.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, training, inspections, and customer visits.
  • Support travel arrangements and logistics for field personnel or inspectors.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-4 years admin, office coordination, or project support experience.
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing/fabrication/welding environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); PDF editing; file management; CRM/ERP preferred.
  • HS Diploma/GED; Associate degree preferred; bilingual EN/ES.
