📋 Description

  • Oversee daily admin: office upkeep, supplies, travel logistics, staff support.
  • Supervise the office support team with performance feedback.
  • Coordinate meetings, retreats, and donor visits; manage scheduling.
  • Maintain supplier contacts; manage facility maintenance contracts and SLAs.
  • Support purchasing office/field; receive, inspect, distribute goods; document purchases.
  • Asset and inventory management; track assets and quarterly verifications.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education/Experience in Business Administration, Public Admin, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
  • 4-5 years progressive admin/logistics/ops experience (NGO or international org preferred).
  • Proven experience in office operations, asset tracking, logistics and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with procurement procedures, donor compliance and anti-fraud controls.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • English and Chichewa language skills; high integrity and professionalism; cross-department collaboration.
