- Oversee daily admin: office upkeep, supplies, travel logistics, staff support.

🎯 Requirements
- Education/Experience in Business Administration, Public Admin, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
- 4-5 years progressive admin/logistics/ops experience (NGO or international org preferred).
- Proven experience in office operations, asset tracking, logistics and supplier management.
- Familiarity with procurement procedures, donor compliance and anti-fraud controls.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- English and Chichewa language skills; high integrity and professionalism; cross-department collaboration.
