  • Coordinate and track inventory distribution, location, and condition; ensure stock levels.
  • Record keeping and reporting; cataloguing new inventory; manage database; prepare reports.
  • Plan and manage international and domestic logistics; liaise with suppliers/third parties.
  • Arrange logistics: transportation, accommodation, feeding, shipments; liaise with staff.
  • Liaise with suppliers through project completion and follow-up; hotels, airlines, travel agents.
  • Track timing and movement of people, equipment, materials, and freight from origin to destination.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Administration or Mass Communications, or 3+ years in logistics/operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experienced with database and financial software (Excel, Sage, QuickBooks).
  • Competent in Internet, email and Google apps.
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian entertainment industry.
  • Organised, assertive, and able to work under pressure.
