Adlook is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong Business Analyst skills to join our Revenue Operations team. If you’re passionate about Salesforce optimization, process automation, and data integrity—and can also partner closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions—this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing: Salesforce Administration & Optimization: oversee system health, user management, and platform scalabilityCustomization & Configuration: manage custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, profiles, and permissionsAutomation & Process Optimization: design and implement automationsBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirementsTranslate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsFacilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize valueSales & Marketing Tech Integration: collaborate with Revenue Operations and other teams to integrate Salesforce with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and BI platformsData Management & Reporting: ensure data accuracy, build actionable dashboards and reports, and maintain system security and complianceProject Leadership: lead Salesforce enhancement projects, implement best practices, and support strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a fast-paced B2B environmentStrong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to work with technical and non-technical audiences alikeHands-on expertise with Salesforce and its low code capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsDeep knowledge of Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Business Analyst) are a plusBackground in MarTech/AdTech, marketing automation, or digital advertising will be an assetFluency in both Polish and English languages is a mustLocation- Warsaw or nearby (ability to work in a hybrid model) Why Join Adlook: Work with amazing people in one of the fastest-growing sectors in online advertisingBe part of a truly international environmentFriendly, collaborative culture with a dynamic, open-minded teamHybrid working model: 2 days a week in Warsaw office, 3 days remoteProfessional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensationCooperation based on B2B agreement or contract of mandateExternal training budget & language classes co-financing
