As a Specialist, Quality Assurance, you will join a growing team dedicated to ensuring data accuracy and compliance for Checkr's strategic and enterprise customer base. You will conduct comprehensive analysis of Checkrβs products, systematically identifying patterns to inform product and operational opportunities. Your investigative work will help Checkr maintain best-in-class accuracy standards while ensuring strict adherence to customer agreements and compliance requirements.
This role requires deep investigative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex public records systems to establish ground truth for criminal background screening accuracy.

- 3+ years in the background check industry with strong standards and practices.
- Strong knowledge of the US court system and public records access.
- Exceptional research and investigative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
