Overview
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute customer lifecycle programs for addShoppers, a leading platform for loyalty marketing. This remote role collaborates with product, analytics, and design to drive activation, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns across channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize lifecycle programs across email, in-app messaging, and other channels to improve activation, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build automated customer journeys using marketing automation tools; segment audiences and personalize messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics, run experiments (A/B tests), and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to craft messaging and user experiences.
- Own reporting on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience with marketing automation and email platforms; strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable campaigns and optimize funnels.
- Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, onboarding flows, and retention strategies.
