Campaign & Marketing Assistant (Contract Employee)

Overview

We are seeking a Campaign & Marketing Assistant (Contract Employee) to support the Ad Council’s marketing initiatives. This temporary role will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize materials, timelines, and partner communications while contributing to meaningful public service campaigns. This is a remote position with potential collaboration in NYC-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
• Coordinate campaign materials, timelines, and partner communications with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with content creation, scheduling, and basic analytics to measure impact.
• Help manage administrative tasks and provide operational support to the marketing team.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus
