  • Grow relationships with non-travel partners (DMOs, banks, brands).
  • Identify opportunities, build pipeline, pitch solutions, close deals.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and clients, deliver service.
  • Develop commercial strategy with media agencies and direct clients for long-term success.
  • Create proposals and pitch decks for partners; manage sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Client Success to maintain relationships and drive client plans across teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • +8-10 years of experience in commercializing Digital Advertising.
  • Proven experience with Media Agencies across LATAM.
  • Online marketing metrics knowledge; SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of the Latin American online landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Spanish speaker & English fluency (verbal and written).
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships and negotiate.
