In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between AcuityMD and its Customers, leveraging data analytics to help address strategic business questions and enhance decision-making. You will actively engage with our Customers to understand their unique needs, tailor data analyses to meet their objectives, and derive actionable insights.
Team MissionThe Professional Services team’s mission is to deliver a superior implementation experience to our customers, enabling them to focus on what matters most. We have developed a point of view based on our experience implementing hundreds of customers, which we leverage to ensure every new customer is well positioned to succeed. We maintain a culture of continuous improvement and approach every customer interaction as a partner, **collaborating with them to ensure they are well positioned to achieve their business goals.
ResponsibilitiesAcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base salary range: $90,000-$120,000
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position.
