Lead design/ME engineers for high-performance actuators from concept to production
Own actuator mechanical design and integration of motors, gears, screws, bearings, brakes
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated actuation system
Perform trade studies to optimize architecture, mass, and fault tolerance
Create and review CAD models, drawings, and specifications
Build and maintain system-level models to validate actuator performance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
8+ years in actuated mechanism or electromechanical design
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ownership of complex engineering problems to completion
Initiative in seeking critical information and driving technical closure
Experience in GD&T, kinematic analysis, and Part 23 design (NX a plus)
