📋 Description

• Maintain core pricing and plan design models.
• Support regulatory filings and pricing decisions.
• Develop accruals for IBNR, risk adjustment, and Shared Savings.
• Analyze experience across plans, providers, vendors, markets.
• Promote actuarial best practices and automation.
• Maintain partner relationships and communication.
• Onboard analysts and integrate them into processes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Passed at least two actuarial exams.
• 2+ years of actuarial/related experience.
