Activation Specialist

📋 Description

• Onboard and enable SMBs, driving smooth transitions to Rebuy.
• Design and run scalable programs: webinars and one-to-many office hours.
• Provide 1:1 onboarding and Rebuy implementation for merchants.
• Improve product adoption, onboarding, retention, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to activate stores.
• Gather merchant feedback to inform product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of the E-commerce space and Rebuy context.
• Proven track record in a high-growth environment; startup a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
