  • End-to-end automated journeys in Braze or Tier-1 CRMs for onboarding.
  • Multi-channel orchestration (Push, WhatsApp, In-App, Email) for high-frequency engagement.
  • Experience managing complex audience segmentation for personalized messaging at scale.
  • Independent SQL data skills; fetch data from Snowflake/internal DBs.
  • A/B testing mindset with data-driven decision making.
