Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair garage doors, operators, springs, tracks, and hardware
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Interact with customers to explain work performed and address questions
- Maintain clean and organized work area and company vehicle/tools
- Complete service reports and update scheduling notes
Requirements
- Experience in garage door installation/repair or a related field
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read basic electrical/hardware diagrams a plus
- Strong attention to safety and quality workmanship
