Action Garage Doors is seeking a skilled Garage Door Master Technician for an on-site role based in Meridian, Idaho. The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential garage doors and openers, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain garage door systems and openers
• Diagnose issues with springs, cables, tracks, sensors, and other components
• Adjust door balance and opener settings for smooth operation
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Read manuals, schematics, and installation guides
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients

Qualifications

• Experience as a garage door technician or in a related field
• Knowledge of garage door spring systems, tracks, cables, sensors, and opener mechanisms
• Ability to read manuals and schematics
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts and use hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
