Position: Garage Door Technician & Installer
Location: Meridian, ID

• Perform expert installation, repair, and maintenance of garage door systems (residential and commercial).

• Ensure work meets high safety standards and exceeds customer expectations.

• Keep accurate notes, diagrams, and photos to support seamless follow-up and maintenance.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service—communicate clearly and offer solutions.

• Collaborate with your team and uphold a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.

• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services or products when appropriate.

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use hand tools.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and adapt to different personalities.

• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!).

• Experience in garage door systems a plus (sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, dock equipment).

• Willingness to work Saturdays.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
