Action Garage Doors is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our Meridian, Idaho team. This full‑time role is the first point of contact for customers and supports scheduling, order entry, and service coordination to ensure a superior customer experience.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and email, schedule service appointments, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely and professional service.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule service visits and manage calendar logistics
Update and maintain customer records in our CRM
Coordinate with field technicians to fulfill customer needs
Process basic payments/invoices and ensure accurate documentation
Provide product information and resolve routine customer inquiries

Qualifications

0-2 years of customer service experience or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM software
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
