Overview
ActBlue is seeking a Director of Growth (Sales) to lead revenue growth for our remote-first fundraising platform. You will design and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and partner with marketing, product, and partnerships to acquire donors and convert them into sustained supporters worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategy for sales, including pipeline generation, enterprise deals, and revenue targets.
- Recruit, manage, and scale a diverse sales team; set performance metrics and coach for success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Operations to optimize the funnel and pricing.
- Own forecasting, reporting, and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve CAC/LTV.
- Develop strategic partnerships with nonprofits and platforms to expand ActBlue's reach.
Requirements
- 7+ years of growth/sales leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit fundraising tech or SaaS.
- Track record of scaling teams and delivering revenue growth against targets.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities; able to influence at executive levels.
- Passion for ActBlue's mission and ability to translate that mission into measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
