Information Security Analyst (f/m/d) at Acrolinx

Acrolinx is seeking an Information Security Analyst (f/m/d) to join our security team in Berlin. This hybrid role focuses on protecting our information assets, enabling secure product development, and supporting compliance efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events and alerts; investigate and respond to incidents
• Assist with risk assessments and remediation plans
• Maintain and improve security controls across IT systems and infrastructure
• Support ISO 27001 and other information security/compliance activities
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and legal teams to implement security best practices
• Contribute to security awareness and training programs; document runbooks and processes

Requirements

• Experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Knowledge of threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessment
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001); ability to work with compliance requirements
• Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
