  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Launch, scale, and measure marketing programs (owned media, events, research).
  • Own revenue impact: build business cases and drive influenced pipeline/revenue.
  • Translate customer insight into market-facing programs with Product Marketing and Growth.
  • Operate as the executional tip of the spear for Marketing engines and ROI accountability.
  • Build programs end-to-end with a builder mentality, from ideation through maintenance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing; External Product Marketer or Integrated Marketer preferred.
  • Proven experience conceiving, launching, and scaling large external-facing marketing programs.
  • Ownership of influenced pipeline and/or directly attributable revenue.
  • Experience in high-growth environments (Series A-D or similar); cross-functional with Product, Sales, Growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen; comfortable modeling ROI; data-driven with pipeline metrics and revenue attribution.
  • Excellent communicator to both operators and executives; able to persuade and align stakeholders.
  • Mindset: owner mentality, bias toward commercial impact, autonomous, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Nice to have: experience building/scaling owned media (newsletter, podcast, research programs); selling to founders/CFOs/senior leaders; partnering with Product Marketing; launching programs scaled via paid channels; budgeting responsibility.
