  • Lead global acquisition strategy to generate high-quality B2B leads for ClassPass Corporate.
  • Design and manage paid and organic campaigns across key channels, using data to test and optimize.
  • Use ABM to reach high-value prospects with personalized content and experiences.
  • Develop and refine nurture journeys that move prospects from curiosity to conversion.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, CRO, and Creative teams to align goals and enable seamless handoffs.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, analyze performance data, and maximize ROI.

  • Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Deep experience managing budgets and exceeding lead-generation and acquisition targets.
  • Strong command of marketing metrics and financial levers, including LTV, CAC, tCPA, and ROAS.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, data modelling, and campaign optimization for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and optimize the customer journey.
