  • Represent Airbnb in meetings with Professional Hosts as a market expert.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive sales in your region.
  • Build deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets and partner relationships.
  • Understand technical integrations to support partners.

  • 6+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2+ years hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong B2B sales/new business development experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients.
  • Experience building and strengthening relationships with external partners.
  • Highly proficient in using CRM software; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
