• Represent Airbnb in meetings with Professional Hosts as market expert.
• Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and drive growth.
• Build deep knowledge of assigned DACH markets.
• Develop and manage partner relationships in the territory.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Strong B2B sales/new business development.
• Data-driven with ability to act in ambiguity.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• CRM experience; Salesforce a plus.
