This temporary role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced, high-performing environment and make an immediate impact. You’ll be a true partner to the business—owning full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values.
Partner in full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple departments
Source, screen, and guide candidates through the process with a white-glove approach
Actively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and job boards
Deliver a thoughtful, timely, and values-aligned experience to every candidate
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication and alignment
Share insights and help drive values-aligned, data-informed hiring decisions
Maintain strong communication and transparency throughout the process
Maintain data accuracy in our ATS (Ashby)
Contribute to weekly reporting and hiring debriefs
3+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting across various roles and teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with modern sourcing methods and ATS tools (we use Ashby)
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to adapt quickly
A passion for people, process, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes
Remote or Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV if local
$33-$48/hour depending on years of experience
40 hours/week
