Acquisition.com is on a mission to make real world business education available to everyone.

At Acquisition.com, we don’t just hire for open roles—we hire for impact. If you’re exceptional at what you do and align with our core values: competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character, we want to know you.

We’re seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to strengthen the executional engine behind CEO, Leila Hormozi. Leila is a world-class operator, investor, and advisor behind a 9-figure business empire. You’ll play a vital role within the Administrative team, working closely with Leila’s Executive Assistant to ensure every logistical and operational detail is flawlessly executed — so that Leila’s time, energy, and focus are protected and maximally leveraged.

This isn’t a traditional admin role. It’s a high-stakes, high-detail position that supports a high-functioning Executive Assistant. The goal is to ensure the CEO stays strategic by enabling her Executive Assistant to operate at peak performance — with discipline, urgency, and excellence.

Role

Your primary responsibility is to support the Executive Assistant who serves as Leila Hormozi’s gatekeeper and strategic right hand. You’ll act as a second set of eyes, hands, and systems — taking ownership of workflows, logistical coordination, cross-functional follow-through, and operational rigor.

The better you perform, the more protected Leila’s time becomes.

This role is for someone who sees administrative excellence as a multiplier of business outcomes. You’re not here to do busywork — you’re here to ensure that the Executive Assistant has the capacity and clarity to protect Leila’s calendar, execute at speed, and drive results behind the scenes.

You’ll be embedded in a high-trust, high-performance culture where feedback is direct, standards are high, and speed is the baseline. If you thrive in the details, think in systems, and get energy from driving outcomes without being on center stage, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

Execution Support & Task Management

  • Support the Executive Assistant in managing and maintaining the CEO’s calendar.

  • Own calendar invites details and logistics by preparing and confirming agendas, conference rooms, zoom information, etc. in advance.

  • Support the Executive Assistant in triaging and prioritizing inbound emails or requests.

  • Support the Executive Assistant in drafting, proofreading, and sending high-quality emails and documents on behalf of the CEO.

Administrative Precision

  • Ownership over maintaining calendars, schedules, agendas, and travel itineraries with exceptional accuracy.

  • Prepare, organize, and follow up on materials for internal and external meetings as needed.

  • Coordinate personal and business-related appointments with foresight and discretion.

  • Partner with other administrative or personal support staff as needed.

Project Execution

  • Organize and maintain shared projects in Asana by ensuring tasks are assigned, action items are updated, and we follow up where needed.

  • Track deliverables, update SOPs, and ensure follow-through.

  • Flag risks, delays, or blockers before they materialize.

  • Own the details: from expense reports to confirmation emails — nothing gets missed.

Travel & Logistics Management

  • Book, confirm, and brief travel (both domestic and international) for Founders.

  • Ensure all arrangements are confirmed and provide detailed travel briefs for the Founders in advance.

  • Partner with other administrative or personal support staff as needed to ensure details aren’t missed (e.g. travel, meals, accommodations, preferences, etc).

  • Track and organize all travel-related expenses reports and logistics with accuracy.

  • Must be available for occasional travel alongside the Founders, as needed.

Administrative Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce friction.

  • Help standardize systems and tools that support the Founders administrative function

Culture & Team Communication

  • Serve as a steadying presence for executives during high-pressure periods.

  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and with consistent follow-through.

  • Help uphold internal team rituals (e.g. calendar hygiene, weekly planning, monthly reporting).

  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication on behalf of executives when needed.

  • Step in wherever needed with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership — whether the task is personal or professional — demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving, and a willingness to take initiative when priorities shift or gaps appear.

Results

  • The EA operates at maximum strategic output, thanks to your reliable execution.

  • Tasks don’t need to be checked twice, you get it right the first time.

  • You manage sensitive information and relationships with unshakable discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Messages are triaged

  • Agendas are ready in advance and materials are at hand

  • Every trip — whether personal or business — is prepped with layered contingencies, clear itineraries, and zero details missed.

  • You build systems to prevent chaos and have built the trust needed to operate with autonomy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-level administrative experience

  • Elite Communicator. You write clearly. You speak directly. You match your tone to the context — no over-talking, no under-communicating. Just signal, no noise.

  • Bulletproof Discretion. You’re a vault. You know what’s sensitive, what’s strategic, and what stays behind closed doors. You don’t need reminders about what not to say.

  • High EQ. Zero Drama. You read people, rooms, and situations fast. You adjust without being asked and handle shifting dynamics with calm precision.

  • Outcome Ownership. You don’t ask what to do next — you figure out what needs to be done. If it’s in your lane, it’s handled. If it’s not, you find a way.

  • Fast Response Time. You move in real time, not in delay loops. You treat responsiveness as a signal of respect — and you're wired to be on, even when it’s after hours.

  • Integrated but Clear. You can move seamlessly between personal and professional domains without losing clarity or boundaries. You know the difference between helpful and overstepping.

  • Pressure-Ready. Urgency doesn’t scare you. High standards don’t rattle you. Moving targets don’t knock you off course. You meet intensity with focus and execution.

  • Bonus points if you’ve supported a Founder or Executive team who live and breathe marketing, sales, and scaling.

Who This Role is NOT For

  • Those who need hand-holding, constant direction, or a to-do list to take action.

  • Anyone who gets rattled when priorities shift, timelines tighten, or things move fast.

  • People who guard their evenings and weekends like sacred ground — this role flexes when the executives do.

  • Individuals who aren’t comfortable working across both the personal and professional — this role requires integration, not separation.

  • Those who struggle to read the room, adapt tone, or communicate with clarity under pressure.

  • People who take direct feedback personally or need constant validation to stay motivated.

  • Anyone who needs to be followed up with to ensure a task is complete.

  • Those who prioritize “done” over “done right” — excellence isn’t optional here.

  • People who hesitate to take initiative or wait for permission to lead.

  • Anyone looking for a traditional Administrative Assistant role — this is a high-intensity partnership, not back-office support.
