Technical Consultant I

📋 Description

• Client meetings, solutions docs, and platform configuration.
• Consult with clients to gather business and technical requirements via onsite/remote meetings.
• Align requirements to product functionality; offer best practices and scalable solutions.
• Configure platform modules, content, permissions, and system integrations including SSO.
• API-based integration design; verify configurations with tests and log bugs.
• Investigate issues via proofs of concept; escalate as needed and provide feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of related experience in a software company.
• Experience with configuring and implementing software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities to ensure project delivery.
• Evidence of effective multi-tasking and tight project schedules.
• An asset - experience working with HTML, CSS and APIs.
