The opportunity:

As a Team Lead, Enablement, your role is to oversee and lead a team of training and communications specialists to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer enablement. You will also play a critical role in designing and engaging effective learning experiences for our employees and customers.

What you'll do:

  • Assess upcoming product releases and update the team and materials accordingly
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences (live, on-demand, blended) that focus on recognition, employee engagement and Achievers software products
  • Partners with customers to provide custom, paid-for training and communication materials
  • Continually evaluates and adapts strategies and approaches as market conditions and partner needs evolve
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify needs and opportunities and to align efforts with the business’ overall goals
  • Maintain clear communication with partners and internal stakeholders to build trust and collaboration
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Maintain knowledge base to ensure accuracy and ease of use
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer enablement initiatives
  • Sets priorities and tasks for the team to achieve objectives
  • Create and manage development plans for direct reports, coach, lead and manage a team of training and communications specialists of various levels
  • Oversee the training and on-boarding for new team members
  • What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in eLearning, Onboarding, Training or Enablement, preferably within a SAAS environment
  • Knowledge of training development principles such as ADDIE or SAM and experience designing, developing, and delivering training and enablement content for diverse adult audiences.
  • Knowledge of developing blended learning experiences in the format of live training, simulations, gamified learning, just-in-time solutions, job aids, and video.
  • Experience using Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Showpad, Docebo, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Success working directly with customers or clients, leading custom content delivery
  • Experience within a metric driven environment
  • Fluent in computer applications (MS Work, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of software functions
