The

Strategic Solutions Consultantwill engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholdersat the world’s leading brandsto uncover business challenges, quantify value, and design tailored solutions that align with clientobjectives. Acting as the technical and strategic liaison, the SC ensures prospects and customers understand the full impact of Achievers’ platform on employee engagement, retention, and business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate withEnterprise Account Executiveson large, complex enterprise opportunities(75,000+ employees).
  • Translatecomplex solutions into HR-focused language and effectively communicate value across multiple stakeholders
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, strategic priorities, and success metrics.
  • Develop tailored solution proposals, demos, and presentations that align with clientobjectives.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences
  • Proactivelyidentifyemerging client needs and market trends, and advocate internally for solutions that align with these requirements to drive business growth.
  • Identifyand mitigate risks in the sales cycle; proactively address objections and competitive threats.
  • Partner withSales Enablement and Marketing to create compelling narratives and thought leadership content.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends and client needs.
  • SupportEnterprise Account Executivesin building and delivering quantifiable business casesdemonstratingROI and strategic impact of Achievers’ platform
  • Ability to travel up to 25–30% to attend customer meetings, executive presentations, on-site discovery sessions, and industry events.
  • Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within enterprise SaaS (50,000+ employees)
  • Proven experience working with enterprise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable solutions
  • Familiarity with employee wellness, benefits, and engagement platforms, and how they connect into core HR systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting or explaining system integrations, including open APIs, SSO & data flows concepts
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level HR leaders (CHRO, CPO, VP of People, Total Rewards, Talent) in enterprise
  • Proven experience building ROI models and business cases for C-suite audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Comfortable working in global, matrixed environments and across multiple time zones.
