AccuWeather Careers is seeking a strategic, experienced Director of Forensic Services to lead forensic investigations, data integrity, and analytic initiatives across our organization. This role oversees a team of forensic professionals, defines methodologies, ensures compliance, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely insights that support business decisions and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of forensic scientists and analysts
• Develop and implement forensic methodologies, QA/QC processes, and reporting standards
• Oversee investigations, data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal on complex cases and initiatives
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines
• Champion data governance, privacy, and data integrity across programs
• Communicate findings and implications to stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

• Director-level experience in forensic science or related analytics
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality investigative results
• Experience with data governance, compliance, and data integrity programs
