🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years’ related AR experience.
- ERP systems (Aptean Ross) and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
- Life sciences/biotech or manufacturing industry experience.
- Prior AR or revenue cycle experience.
- Experience reconciling customer portals and managing deductions.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication.
