- Enter and apply customer payments into the ERP system (electronic and paper-based).
- Reconcile customer account portals and statements; research discrepancies.

- Manage intercompany reconciliation processes per company procedures.
- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent; 3+ years’ related experience.
- ERP experience (Aptean Ross) and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
- Life sciences/biotech/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
