Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Maintain AR processes across global entities: invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate invoicing using internal billing systems and controls.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations in Workday; address discrepancies.
• Handle collections and customer communications to secure timely payments.
• Support month-end close and AR reporting for financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve AR efficiency and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounts receivable/financial accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, able to work independently.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Experience with AR tools like Workday, Salesforce, Highradius or similar.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
