Support dealers and internal customers; identify process improvements.
This role requires fluency in English for customer calls related to collections.
Review hold lists and release per policy.
Process payments on pre-paid accounts.
Run AR aging reports weekly and monitor balances.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Epic experience highly desired.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication for customer calls.
Proficient in ERP-based receivables software.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
